Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Business administration\/Accounting
\n\tExtensive knowledge in reports, resource management, cost control and personnel matters.
\n\tAccounting skills
\n\tPeople skills
\n\tMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
\n\tHospitality operations knowledge.<\/p>\n
What You Will Do<\/p>\n
\tHelp the manager with all camp administration duties
\n\tMonthly camp reports ,produce and cross-check with the manager all monthly reports.Income sheets,Expense sheet (PC declarations),Muster roll,Bednight figures & origin of clients,F&B consumption,Fuel,Vehicle Summary (included work carried out & mileage),Solar & other equipment maintenance sheet.
\n\tKeep a well-organized list of maintenance duties ordered to the maintenance team
\n\tHR matters- coordinate staff uniforms, duty rosters and staff off days. Follow clear company employment procedures for temporary employees and contractors. Make sure staff camp is maintained in good condition.
\n\tHealth & Safety -In liaison with the camp manager, make sure OSH and eco standards are met at all times
\n\tCoordinate camp inventories (June \/ November \/ March)
\n\tPrepare the weekly supplies orders and general orders for the camp manager approval, as per the Odoo procedures. Receive the goods in the system and conduct random stock takes. Issue stock items on a daily basis.
\n\tConduct the monthly inventory for all stock items and the quarterly assets inventory (Mar, Jun, Nov).
\n\tConduct the stock takes, prepare orders and record income for the shop (guests invoices)
\n\tAny other task assigned by the camp manager including hosting guests<\/p>\n
