Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
ERP Ownership & Finance Systems<\/p>\n
\tAct as finance lead and SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment
\n\tSupport ERP implementation phases including UAT, configuration validation, and go-live readiness
\n\tEnsure accounting logic, chart of accounts, and reporting structures are correctly embedded
\n\tPartner with IT to improve financial reporting, data integrity, and system usability<\/p>\n
Global Accounting Operations<\/p>\n
\tOwn and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities and company codes
\n\tPost and review key accounting entries (revenue, COGS, accruals, intercompany, prepayments) under IFRS
\n\tEnsure accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting treatment<\/p>\n
Month-End Close & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tSupport and improve the global month-end close process, reducing timelines and errors
\n\tEnsure completeness and accuracy of financial data across all entities
\n\tMaintain supporting schedules and ensure audit-ready documentation<\/p>\n
Multi-Entity & Outsourced Accounting Oversight<\/p>\n
\tReview and validate work from external accounting providers across jurisdictions
\n\tEnsure consistency in accounting treatment and identify discrepancies
\n\tGradually transition outsourced accounting (starting with Switzerland) in-house<\/p>\n
Process Improvement & Scale<\/p>\n
\tImprove accounting workflows, controls, and reconciliation processes
\n\tBuild scalable processes suitable for a growing multi-entity organisation
\n\tContribute to the evolution of Axmed\u2019s global finance operating model<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExperienced accountant with hands-on ownership of financial operations in a multi-entity environment
\n\tStrong IFRS knowledge with proven general ledger ownership, reconciliations, and month-end close
\n\tExperience managing multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, including intercompany transactions
\n\tDirect involvement in ERP implementation (e.g. UAT, go-live, super user), ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar
\n\tExperience working with and reviewing external accounting providers across multiple jurisdictions
\n\tBackground in shared services, BPO, or multinational finance environments
\n\tSystems-oriented, detail-driven, and focused on improving processes and efficiency
\n\tStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones<\/p>\n
