{"id":93025,"date":"2026-03-24T08:02:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T08:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/human-resource-business-partner-casual-labourer\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T08:02:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T08:02:45","slug":"human-resource-business-partner-casual-labourer","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/human-resource-business-partner-casual-labourer\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Business Partner \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Casual Labourer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The overall purpose of the job is to manage delivery of efficient human resource services across the functional areas supported to ensure the people and culture (HR) strategy and agenda is implemented partnering with the Management Team to deliver the business strategy.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>Strategy &amp; Co-piloting<\/p>\n<p>\tImplement and measure the HR strategy and plan in line with the company strategy &amp; to achieve the company vision.<br \/>\n\tProactively partner the Management team on the people and organization agenda and support a high performing team culture.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tLead all elements of the Talent Management strategy in line with the group strategy, including talent acquisition, succession planning, talent development, talent plans and retention to develop the leadership pipeline and meet talent dashboard metrics.<br \/>\n\tEnsure an effective attraction &amp; end to end recruitment and onboarding process in partnership with Line Managers &amp; the Talent Acquisition Team.<br \/>\n\tLead the Performance Management process for the business and develop a high-performance culture by proactively addressing performance concerns, having crucial conversations and recognizing high performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bOrganizational Development and Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the organization development &amp; effectiveness in line with the group strategy, including driving employee engagement using the engagement survey process and driving action plans for improvement. Be a champion and ensure the management team and line share and drive engagement.<br \/>\n\tBring the client\u2019s culture to life as the Client Way ambassador, showing visible leadership and building the concepts on site.<br \/>\n\tLead change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the functions supported.<br \/>\n\tLead organizational design activities to craft the business model required to meet future business growth targets.<br \/>\n\tDrive the Learning &amp; Development strategy in the functions partnering with Line Management and the L&amp;D capability development agenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bIndustrial and Employee Relations<\/p>\n<p>\tGuide managers &amp; employees on employee relations concerning policy interpretation, discipline and grievance resolution, attend to trade disputes &amp; provide advice on effective process management.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that policies and procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements and are fully aligned with the strategic goals of the business.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong relationships with the employee resource groups, Ministry of Labor and other government\/ regulatory bodies<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bCompensation &amp; Benefits Management<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for the Compensation &amp; Benefits approach and initiatives in conjunction with the CHRO.<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the Rewards approach to maintain competitive pay structures.<br \/>\n\tSupport the implementation of group reward projects.<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in either Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other business-related field from a recognized institution.<br \/>\n\tMust be a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or hold a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution if Kenyan<br \/>\n\tCIPD, SHRM or SPHRi (Senior Professional in HR)<br \/>\n\tMust be a full member with a valid practicing license from the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) \u2013 Kenya<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in HR<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Use the link(s) below to apply on company website. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Q-Sourcing Servtec Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/qsourcing.com","_company_tagline":"Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a global management consulting firm that helps people make significant improvements to their business performance and realize their most important career goals.
