This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nairobi. The responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building relationships, showcasing available plots, and providing exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will also handle negotiations, close sales, and contribute to meeting sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of interactions and developing innovative strategies to attract new customers.
\nQualifications <\/p>\n
\tSales and Negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals
\n\tStrong Communication and Customer Service skills
\n\tBasic knowledge of real estate and market trends in the Kikuyu and Limuru areas
\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and meet sales targets
\n\tFamiliarity with the Nairobi area and its surrounding regions is an advantage
\n\tProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
\n\tA diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred<\/p>\n
