Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tInfrastructure management \u2013 design, implement and maintain the hospital\u2019s ICT infrastructure \u2013 networks, servers, hardware and software
\n\tSystem optimization \u2013 oversee hospital information system (HIS), electronic health records and billing systems to ensure efficiency
\n\tCyber security and compliance \u2013 implement IT security policies, ensure compliance with data protection act and manage cyber security threats.
\n\tStrategic leadership \u2013 develop IT strategies aligned with hospital strategic plan
\n\tManage ICT department budget
\n\tSupport and training \u2013 lead the ICT team in providing technical support and conduct staff training on system usage<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, IT or related field
\n\tAt least 3 years work experience in a health care set up
\n\tTechnical skills in networking, server administration and database management<\/p>\n
