{"id":93075,"date":"2026-03-24T14:02:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T14:02:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/growth-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T14:02:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T14:02:36","slug":"growth-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/growth-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Growth Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Specific Roles and Responsibilities<br \/>\nGrowth &amp; Demand Generation<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn and execute ACLED&#8217;s growth strategy across key channels, with a focus on pipeline generation and audience expansion<br \/>\n\tBuild and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue<br \/>\n\tDevelop and continuously improve lead generation and nurturing funnels in partnership with sales<\/p>\n<p>Email &amp; Automation<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn the email program end-to-end (newsletters, nurture sequences, campaign sends)<br \/>\n\tSegment audiences and personalise messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates<br \/>\n\tBuild automated workflows and lead scoring within CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce)<br \/>\n\tContinuously test and optimise subject lines, content, and cadence based on performance data<\/p>\n<p>Webinars &amp; Virtual Events<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn the overall strategy and execution of industry events, webinars, and virtual roundtables as a core growth channel<br \/>\n\tIdentify themes, speakers, and target audiences aligned with ACLED&#8217;s commercial priorities<br \/>\n\tDrive webinar promotion, registration, attendance, and post-event conversion<br \/>\n\tRepurpose webinar content into ongoing content assets<br \/>\n\tManage event promotion, logistics, and follow-up to maximise pipeline impact<br \/>\n\tPartner with sales to ensure effective pre- and post-event engagement strategies<\/p>\n<p>Product Communications<\/p>\n<p>\tTranslate ACLED&#8217;s data products and insights into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging<br \/>\n\tOwn and\/or support product launches, feature releases, and positioning across target segments<br \/>\n\tDevelop sales collateral (one-pagers, decks, case studies) that enable sales and educate buyers<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across research, analysis, and revenue teams<\/p>\n<p>Analytics &amp; Optimisation<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack, measure, and report on campaign performance across all channels (email, events, webinars, digital)<br \/>\n\tUse data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and improve ROI<br \/>\n\tBuild reporting frameworks tied to growth and revenue goals<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n<p>ACLED is seeking applicants who have the following skills and experience:<\/p>\n<p>\t5+ years of proven experience in global growth roles, ideally from the impact sector (tech for good, global social enterprise, or commercial experience from an INGO), identifying target audiences and leading campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate<br \/>\n\tSelf-starter, with experience working remotely, who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role<br \/>\n\tDeep intellectual curiosity about our product and our customers&#8217; motivations<br \/>\n\tInterest in the conflict prevention mission and understanding of the international context<br \/>\n\tUp to speed with current digital growth techniques and best practices<br \/>\n\tSolid knowledge of website analytics tools<br \/>\n\tProficiency with automation and CRM software (Salesforce)<br \/>\n\tExperience in setting up and optimising digital ad campaigns<br \/>\n\tComfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets<br \/>\n\tA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and corporate communication<br \/>\n\tUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital growth and measurement<br \/>\n\tBSc\/MSc degree in Business, Communications, or a related field<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>acleddata.bamboohr.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/acleddata.bamboohr.com","_company_name":"ACLED","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"ACLED is growing and provides multiple paths for advancement.
