Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining a positive, friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
\n\tResponding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and through emails and chats.
\n\tCommunicating with customers through various channels.
\n\tAcknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
\n\tKnowing our products inside and out to enable you respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
\n\tKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
\n\tCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
\n\tProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
\n\tEnsuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
\n\tMaintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
\n\tManaging database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
\n\tData entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tApplicants\/candidates must be residing in Mombasa
\n\tMinimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service
\n\tDegree\/Diploma in any related field
\n\tTyping speed of 40WPM with accuracy of 90% and above
\n\tC1 English and excellent grammar skills
\n\tKnowledge of IT programs i.e., Word, Excel, and fast fingers for typing
\n\tGreat people skills
\n\tProactive personality and self-motivator
\n\tQuick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on the brand’s history, product offerings and communications.
\n\tDemonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment.
\n\tOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
\n\tShould be flexible to work in shifts both day and night.<\/p>\n
