What you will be expected to do:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute advanced analytics solutions and statistical evaluation, to solve complex business problems
\n\tApply A\/B testing, regression evaluation, hypothesis testing, and other statistical methodologies to validate business strategies and enhance strategic choice.
\n\tWork with senior managers to identify strategic opportunities and guide data-guided choices.
\n\t\u00a0Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, enabling stakeholders to make informed choices.
\n\tServe as a trusted advisor by applying a deep comprehension of business operations to recommend strategies that drive growth, operational improvements, and team work.
\n\tDrive the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business goals.
\n\tLeverage a strong comprehension of business processes to provide recommendations on optimizing operations and improving outcomes.
\n\tPartner with engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you have:<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in data science, business evaluation, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
\n\t4+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic evaluation, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data insights.
\n\tProficiency in SQL and\u00a0 Python for data evaluation and modelling.
\n\tSolid comprehension of machine learning techniques and their application in solving business bottlenecks.
\n\tExpertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to create compelling, actionable insights.
\n\tA strong business mindset with the ability to comprehend and address cross-functional business bottlenecks and strategic opportunities.
\n\tStrong statistical comprehension and the ability to apply statistical methods to solve business problems and inform strategic direction.
\n\tExceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n
