The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for creating processes as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools that enable the continuous delivery and deployment of software products.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Solution Specifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDesign and implement deployment processes and tooling that enable product managers and development teams to proactively identify and address delivery bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and continuous releases.
\n\tWrite clear and concise specifications and documentation for the operational requirements and continuous workflow processes\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate operational requirements and development forecasts to the relevant stakeholders\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Solution Analysis<\/p>\n
\tDevise and implement technology frameworks to inform and capture solution analysis parameters to accelerate the overall software development process\u00a0
\n\tEvaluate existing technology and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategic plans and scalable processes to drive modernization, efficiency, and future growth.<\/p>\n
Solution Development<\/p>\n
\tDrive the adoption of best practices in security, performance optimization, and high availability to ensure robust, scalable, and resilient systems.
\n\tEnforce code and other peer review processes to ensure compliance\u00a0 with quality and overall technical standards<\/p>\n
Solution Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain observability stacks (logging, monitoring, alerting).
\n\tCollaborate with development teams to optimize software delivery workflows.<\/p>\n
Product Support<\/p>\n
\tContribute to improving processes that drive product support
\n\tParticipate in on-call rotations and improve incident management processes.<\/p>\n
People Management<\/p>\n
\tManages, or could manage, a team of 1-6 engineers\u00a0<\/p>\n
Teamwork:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead design sessions for CI\/CD pipeline management
\n\tMentor software and DevOps engineers on best practices and standards<\/p>\n

\t\u00a05+ years in software development and 3 years of DevOps and or system administration\u00a0
\n\tKubernetes (EKS, GKE, self-hosted), Helm,\u00a0 Istio
\n\tAlerting and log aggregation via ELK Stack
\n\tGitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD
\n\tFluency in scripting languages like Bash, Python<\/p>\n
