\n\tCarrying out specific instructional & behavioural management responsibility for students, as outlined in IEPs or 504s, or where otherwise directed.
\n\tSupport the inclusion of students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in both classroom and support settings.
\n\tEncourage independence while providing appropriate guidance and reassurance.
\n\tAssist students with transitions between activities and routines.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
\n\tExhibit a continuing sense of God\u2019s calling to service at Rosslyn Academy
\n\tDemonstrate a respect for diversity of culture
\n\tDemonstrate an appreciation for the diversity of the body of Christ
\n\tHave academic\/professional qualifications in Education or related field.
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in similar role.
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to use technology for word processing, data management, and electronic communications
\n\tAgree and covenant to the Basic Tenets of Rosslyn Academy<\/p>\n
