Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
\n\t3-5 years of experience in sales operations, administration and sales team supervision.
\n\tExperience within FMCG or Fresh produce(FFV) sector.
\n\tStrong analytical and reporting skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and team coordination abilities.
\n\tAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales Operations <\/p>\n
\tEnsure excellent customer service by addressing issues related to pricing, product quality, and delivery timelines.
\n\tSupport training, coaching, and performance management of the sales team.
\n\tMonitor daily sales performance, promotions, and field activities.
\n\tEnsure compliance with sales processes and systems (DMS usage, reporting, collections, etc.).
\n\tTrack market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
\n\tSupport continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows.<\/p>\n
Fulfillment <\/p>\n
\tOversee deliveries, drivers, and fulfillment teams.
\n\tManage inventory reconciliation, returns, and collections.
\n\tSupport product availability reporting and stock updates.
\n\tMonitor order fulfillment and claims resolution processes.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement <\/p>\n
\tIdentify inefficiencies in fulfillment and sales processes.
\n\tRecommend and implement process improvements.<\/p>\n

\tPrepare reports on fuel consumption, costs, and operational metrics.
\n\tDocument discrepancies and operational incidents.<\/p>\n

\tPlan efficient delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption.
\n\tImplement fuel-saving strategies and monitor usage.
\n\tAnalyze costs and identify savings opportunities.
\n\tSupport budgeting and cost control initiatives.<\/p>\n
