Your responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDefine and execute the regional product strategy for the optical networking portfolio.
\n\tSupport sales teams with solution positioning, deal strategy, and competitive analysis.
\n\tServe as the regional expert for\u00a01830 GX, PSS, ICEX800, FlexILS, DWDM, and Coherent based pluggable solutions such as IPoDWDM.
\n\tEngage directly with\u00a0wholesale customers and hyperscalers\u00a0to understand requirements and align them with the product roadmap.
\n\tDrive cross-functional collaboration with global PLM, R&D, Sales Engineering, and Business Development.
\n\tMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
\n\tSupport business case development, financial planning, and forecasting using\u00a0Anaplan & PowerBI.
\n\tRepresent the optical portfolio in executive meetings, customer workshops, and regional leadership forums.<\/p>\n
Your skills and experience<\/p>\n
\t15+ years of experience\u00a0in optical networks, PLM, systems engineering, or related fields.
\n\tBachelor in Electrical Engineering and MBA is preferred.
\n\tDeep expertise in:
\n\tDWDM and optical transport systems
\n\t1830 platforms: GX, PSS,\u00a0ICEX800
\n\tFlexILS\u00a0and\u00a0IPoDWDM\u00a0architectures
\n\tProven track record working with\u00a0wholesale carriers\u00a0and\u00a0hyperscalers\u00a0(cloud and data center operators).
\n\tStrong analytical and planning skills with hands-on experience using\u00a0Anaplan.
\n\tFluent in\u00a0English and French\u00a0(both required).
\n\tExcellent executive communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
\n\tAbility to influence global teams, drive roadmap alignment, and manage complex stakeholder environments<\/p>\n
