Deal Desk Ownership & Commercial Coordination<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary\u00a0deal desk owner\u00a0for spare parts opportunities within the commercial team.
\n\tManage the\u00a0entire quotation lifecycle\u00a0from inquiry to final approval.
\n\tEnsure that all deals move efficiently through the internal commercial process stages.
\n\tCoordinate internal approvals including pricing validation and commercial sign-off.
\n\tMaintain accurate deal records and pipeline visibility.<\/p>\n
Technical Quotation Development<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze client requests and technical specifications for spare parts requirements.
\n\tIdentify appropriate spare parts, equipment, or engineering components that meet the client\u2019s operational needs.
\n\tGenerate technically sound quotations that reflect accurate specifications and commercial pricing.
\n\tCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to validate part compatibility and availability.
\n\tEnsure all quotations align with Synkron\u2019s technical standards and solution frameworks.<\/p>\n
Client Request Management (Contact Center Function)<\/p>\n
\tServe as a\u00a0technical first point of contact for spare parts inquiries\u00a0from clients.
\n\tManage and respond to spare parts requests received through the contact center.
\n\tProvide prompt technical clarification and solution recommendations to clients.
\n\tEnsure timely response to requests to maintain strong customer relationships.
\n\tEscalate complex engineering issues to technical specialists where necessary.<\/p>\n
Supplier & Vendor Coordination<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm spare part availability, specifications, and pricing.
\n\tSource alternative parts where original components may be unavailable or delayed.
\n\tMaintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing channels.
\n\tCoordinate supplier quotations and lead times to support deal closure.<\/p>\n
Logistics Coordination<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with internal operations and logistics teams to coordinate the dispatch of spare parts.
\n\tLiaise with freight and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment of parts.
\n\tMonitor order fulfillment timelines and address delivery challenges proactively.
\n\tEnsure clients receive accurate updates regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.<\/p>\n
Deal Approval & Commercial Governance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all quotations pass through the appropriate internal approval processes.
\n\tMaintain compliance with Synkron\u2019s pricing policies and margin requirements.
\n\tValidate deal documentation and ensure all commercial details are accurate before client submission.
\n\tSupport the commercial team in closing deals efficiently.<\/p>\n
Pipeline & Opportunity Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain visibility of spare parts opportunities and deal pipeline.
\n\tTrack deal progress from inquiry to order confirmation.
\n\tIdentify bottlenecks in the quotation or approval process and implement improvements.<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with the\u00a0business development engineers\u00a0to support client opportunities.
\n\tCollaborate with\u00a0operations, logistics, procurement, and finance\u00a0to ensure seamless execution.
\n\tContribute to cross-business unit projects where spare parts solutions are required.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Academic Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline<\/p>\n
Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years of experience in engineering sales support, spare parts management, or technical commercial roles
\n\tExperience in industrial spare parts, manufacturing, or engineering solutions environments
\n\tExperience in quotation management and supplier coordination<\/p>\n
