\tKenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN).\u00a0
\n\tValid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of\u00a0five (5) years\u2019 nursing experience, with at least\u00a0two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role\u00a0in a busy hospital environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills Required\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStrong clinical leadership and decision-making ability.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent patient assessment and critical care coordination skills.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to lead and motivate nursing teams during high-pressure situations.\u00a0
\n\tStrong communication\u00a0and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.\u00a0
\n\tHigh level\u00a0of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent organization, planning, and time management skills.\u00a0
