The Agent Onboarding & Support Specialist is responsible for onboarding, training, and activating agents on the Lami platform. The role ensures agents are compliant, confident in using the platform, and equipped to generate business quickly.
\n\tYou will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensure KYC compliance, and support agents from registration through to their first successful sale.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAgent Onboarding & Training
\n\tOnboard and activate new agents on the Lami platform.
\n\tConduct onboarding sessions and platform training.
\n\tProvide hands-on support to ensure agents can navigate the platform effectively.
\n\tKYC Compliance & Agent Support
\n\tEnsure all agents meet required KYC compliance standards before activation.
\n\tVerify submitted documentation and maintain compliance records.
\n\tProvide timely and effective support to agents.
\n\tSales Enablement
\n\tGuide agents from onboarding to their first policy sale or booking.
\n\tProvide practical sales guidance and platform support.
\n\tMonitor early performance and intervene where support is needed.
\n\tPerformance Tracking
\n\tSet clear activation targets with agents.
\n\tTrack onboarding progress and sales activity.
\n\tFollow up consistently to drive engagement and conversions.
\n\tFeedback & Process Improvement
\n\tGather agent feedback on the onboarding experience and platform usability.
\n\tShare insights with internal teams to improve tools, processes, and agent satisfaction.
\n\tCross-Team Collaboration
\n\tWork with marketing teams to equip agents with relevant sales and promotional materials.<\/p>\n

\tFast Agent Activation: Agents complete their first sale within one week of onboarding.
\n\tHigh KYC Compliance: All agents meet regulatory and documentation requirements.
\n\tStrong Conversion: High rate of onboarding-to-first-sale conversions.
\n\tAgent Retention: Strong ratio of active agents to onboarded agents.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication and relationship-management skills.
\n\tExperience in agent onboarding, training, or customer support, ideally in a tech-enabled environment.
