The graduate finance trainee role is to support the finance department in managing receivables, payables, and inventory processes while gaining practical experience and developing core financial skills.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Receivables (Accounts Receivable)<\/p>\n
\tPost invoices to the Zoho Accounting system
\n\tRecord payments\u00a0
\n\tMaintain and reconcile customer accounts
\n\tMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
\n\tResolve customer concerns with RMs
\n\tInvoice filing and ensuring the relevant documentation is received<\/p>\n
Payables (Accounts Payable)<\/p>\n
\tProcess and verify supplier bills against supporting documents
\n\tRecord payables transactions accurately
\n\tReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
\n\tMaintain proper documentation and approval workflows<\/p>\n
Stock \/ Inventory Management<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in periodic stock counts and stock take exercises
\n\tReconcile physical stock with system records
\n\tStock segregation\u00a0
\n\tRecord stock movements accurately
\n\tSupport inventory control and audit processes<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
\tAccounting , Finance or related field with minimum qualification of CPA II certification\u00a0(Mandatory)\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 6 Months to 1 year of relevant attachment or internship experience\u00a0 in Accounting receivables, payables or inventory\u00a0 management is preferred.\u00a0
\n\tBasic understanding of accounting principles
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel
\n\tStrong attention to detail and analytical skills
\n\tGood communication and organizational skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity and willingness to learn<\/p>\n
