About the role<\/p>\n
BURN\u00a0is looking to hire a dedicated Recruitment Officer to support the Recruitment Team in all the recruitment processes. The successful candidate must have previous experience in full-cycle recruitment multitasking and handling several roles at a time. The ideal candidate must have worked in entry-level to\u00a0senior\u00a0management-level roles and have experience with face-to-face and online interviews and reporting.<\/p>\n
Roles & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupporting the recruiting team with administrative duties.
\n\tScheduling interviews and balancing calendars for hiring managers and candidates.
\n\tCarrying out initial applicant screening.
\n\tSourcing and Shortlisting candidates for the various open roles.
\n\tSending regrets to unsuccessful candidates.
\n\tCarrying out reference checks for candidates prior to offering letters being sent out.
\n\tProcessing background checks to verify applicant information and ensuring that the minimum hiring requirements are met.
\n\tUse internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
\n\tEnsure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements.
\n\tAssist other managers to process job applications and respond to queries.
\n\tOrganize and take part in interview procedures as required.
\n\tAssist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, and coordinating orientation agendas).
\n\tAssisting the Recruitment team with other duties.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\t4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or another recruiting-related role.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in HR or related field.
\n\tExperience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\tFamiliarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
\n\tAttention to detail.
\n\tExcellent Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
\n\tExcellent research skills.
\n\tStrong decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
