Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead evaluation of prospective companies, focusing on\u00a0commercial potential, scalability, and strategic fit.
\n\tConduct due diligence across financials, operations, and business fundamentals, emphasizing practical insights.
\n\tEngage directly with founders and senior management\u00a0to test assumptions and assess capability.
\n\tReconstruct financials where needed and prepare internal investment memos for decision-making.
\n\tBuild and maintain a pipeline of high-potential companies.
\n\tOperate as a hands-on execution lead, personally driving outputs.
\n\tContribute to designing internal systems to track and accelerate portfolio companies.<\/p>\n
Candidate profile<\/p>\n
\t5\u201310 years\u2019 experience with strong\u00a0entrepreneurial or commercial investment background:
\n\tFormer co-founder\/startup operator
\n\tVenture capital, private equity, or corporate M&A experience
\n\tStrategic investment or corporate development experience
\n\tSkilled at evaluating business models, unit economics, and growth potential.
\n\tComfortable engaging directly with founders and management teams.
\n\tExperienced in\u00a0small, high-trust teams, taking full ownership of projects.
\n\tHands-on, execution-focused; not purely advisory.
\n\tFormal finance qualifications helpful but practical experience prioritized.<\/p>\n
