{"id":93178,"date":"2026-03-25T14:02:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T14:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/specialist-recruitment-recruitment-analyst\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T14:02:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T14:02:34","slug":"specialist-recruitment-recruitment-analyst","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/specialist-recruitment-recruitment-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"Specialist, Recruitment \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Recruitment Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>High-level Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tTeam management<br \/>\n\tStakeholder management<br \/>\n\tCandidate management<br \/>\n\tCandidate sourcing, processing, and endorsement<br \/>\n\tJob offers and onboarding<br \/>\n\tReporting<\/p>\n<p>Specific Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration with Hiring Managers<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstand the hiring requirements of a specific role through open communication with the hiring manager<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all needed information is gathered using the job description template including but not limited to:<br \/>\n\tPosition Summary<\/p>\n<p>\t\tSpecific Duties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\t\tMetrics<br \/>\n\t\tAbout You (Qualifications)<br \/>\n\t\tHiring Plan<br \/>\n\t\tInterview Questions<\/p>\n<p>Searching<\/p>\n<p>\tPost the open position in the Athena Applicant Tracking System tool\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUtilize all sourcing channels in searching for a good pool of candidates including online job portals, social media platforms and LinkedIn, referral program, own network<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with Recruitment Marketing Specialist for any marketing material needed for sourcing initiatives<\/p>\n<p>Processing<\/p>\n<p>\tProcess the pool of candidates in the bucket for a specific position<br \/>\n\tAdminister exams and project tests and\/or endorse the applicant to the Test Administrator as applicable<br \/>\n\tConduct final interviews<br \/>\n\tPrepare a corporate profile of each qualified candidate<\/p>\n<p>Endorsement<\/p>\n<p>\tEndorse to the hiring manager the qualified candidates for the position<br \/>\n\tCoordinate the availability of the hiring manager to conduct the interviews<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with the candidate on the interview schedules<br \/>\n\tSend meeting invites for the scheduled interviews<br \/>\n\tEnsure attendance of the hiring manager and the candidate for the scheduled interview<\/p>\n<p>Feedback Giving<\/p>\n<p>\tGet the results of the interview and hiring decision of the hiring manager<br \/>\n\tShare the hiring results to the candidate via email<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct job offer to the chosen candidate<br \/>\n\tEndorse to 3rd party partner for Background Investigation<br \/>\n\tEndorse for onboarding<\/p>\n<p>Management of the ATS\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tRegularly submit reports on the status of XP vacancies<\/p>\n<p>Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tAnticipate hiring needs of various Athena departments<br \/>\n\tBuild the reputation of Athena that passive applicants send their CVs even without any actual open positions<br \/>\n\tBuild a database of applicants for Athena corporate positions<br \/>\n\tBuild a database of job descriptions and hiring plans for all existing positions<br \/>\n\tDevelop testing tools on basic skills for administrative functions, supervisory positions, and leadership competency<br \/>\n\tDevelop unstructured questions for the 1st part of the interview (building rapport and validation of Athena culture) and incorporate the\u00a0structured\/behavioral\u00a0questions for the 2nd part of the interview which will be used by the final interviewers<br \/>\n\tStay up to date on current trends, best practices and new opportunities on headhunting and executive searches<\/p>\n<p>Your Metrics Results<\/p>\n<p>\tSense of Urgency = demonstrates a sense of urgency and drives closure of tasks<br \/>\n\tProject Management = creates and manages project plans to achieve business goals<br \/>\n\tTimeliness = prompt submission of reports and reply to emails<br \/>\n\tQuality\/Attrition = 90 day retention of new hire<br \/>\n\tTime to Hire = 30 days for non-working candidates, 60 days for working candidates<br \/>\n\tCost per Hire = within budget of the approved CPH<\/p>\n<p>External and Internal Customers<\/p>\n<p>\tCandidate Feedback = applicant satisfaction during the course of the specific stage of the recruitment process<br \/>\n\tHiring Manager = internal customer satisfaction in the hiring process of a specific position<\/p>\n<p>Values<\/p>\n<p>\tTeamwork &#8211;
