The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and a proven track record of success. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
\n\tIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
\n\tConduct market research and identify potential clients within target sectors
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
\n\tDeliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
\n\tNegotiate contracts and successfully close deals
\n\tManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
\n\tProvide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively
\n\tPrepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
\n\tParticipate in team meetings and training sessions
\n\tStay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 proven experience in B2B sales within the Kenyan market
\n\tStrong understanding of the local business environment, especially within the region
\n\tExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
\n\tStrong negotiation and closing abilities
\n\tAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
\n\tResults-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively
\n\tStrong time management and organizational skills<\/p>\n
