We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nairobi, Kenya. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources operations while supporting our organization’s people-focused initiatives. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to develop your skill set and contribute to key HR functions that drive our company’s success.<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
\n\tProvide administrative support to T&C team
\n\tSupport Talent Acquisition to source, screening and arrange interviews for candidates, as well as keeping their application records updated
\n\tSupport any HR projects as \/ when required such as meetings, training, audits etc
\n\tSupport employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
\n\tCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
\n\tTrain and Learn HR practices\u00a0
\n\tAssist in general duties around the office.
\n\tAny other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA Degree\u00a0or Diploma in Human Resource\u00a0Management graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field
\n\tMicrosoft Office skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\n\tThe ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
\n\tGenuinely passionate about talent management and human resources<\/p>\n
