Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConceptualize and design product collections inspired by African\u00a0wildlife,\u00a0Nature, and\u00a0Culture.
\n\tDevelop product sketches, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations for production.
\n\tCreate digital mockups, renderings, and presentations for new product ideas.
\n\tWork closely with artisans and production teams to translate designs into high-quality finished products.
\n\tSelect materials, finishes, colors, and textures that align with the\u00a0brand\u00a0aesthetic and functionality.
\n\tPrepare production-ready files and specifications for manufacturing.
\n\tParticipate in prototyping, sampling, and product refinement processes.
\n\tEnsure all designs meet quality, usability, and cost considerations.
\n\tCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to support product storytelling and launches.
\n\tContinuously research trends, tools, and innovations in product and digital design.<\/p>\n
Requirements.<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Product Design,\u00a0Creative\u00a0Design\u00a0or\u00a0related\u00a0field.
\n\t1-2 years of experience in Creative design, preferably within a creative\u00a0or\u00a0lifestyle\u00a0brand.
\n\tStrong portfolio\u00a0showcasing product design, development process, and digital work.
\n\tHigh\u00a0proficiency\u00a0in design software such as:<\/p>\n
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)<\/p>\n
SketchUp \/ AutoCAD \/ Rhino \/ Fusion 360 (or similar 3D tools)<\/p>\n
\tAbility to create technical drawings and production-ready designs.
\n\tStrong understanding of materials (such as\u00a0leather, textiles, wood, or handcrafted elements).
\n\tDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
\n\tA deep appreciation for African\u00a0wildlife and nature, craftsmanship and storytelling.<\/p>\n
