RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tPromote and sell a wide range of construction materials, including cement, steel, and other hardware products.
\n\tMarket commercial mall facilities and services in close coordination with the internal marketing team.
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities and proactively maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
\n\tCommit to achieving and exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
\n\tConduct regular site visits, facilitate client meetings, and deliver professional product presentations.
\n\tPrepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing effectively, and manage the process to successfully close deals.
\n\tCoordinate with transport and accounts teams to ensure timely product deliveries and payment processing.
\n\tMaintain accurate sales records and generate detailed reports using company systems, with SAP experience as an advantage. Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
\n\tEnsure the timely collection of payments and manage outstanding customer accounts.
\n\tPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 3-4 years in construction materials (specifically steel, cement, or hardware; excludes tiles, paints, or sanitary ware).
\n\tIndustry Focus: Deep knowledge and an established network within the steel and cement sectors.
\n\tTraits: Dynamic, high-energy, and proactive approach to field sales.
\n\tTechnical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a significant bonus.
\n\tLanguages: Full fluency in English and Kiswahili.
\n\tCore Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and lead pipeline tracking.<\/p>\n
