The role includes leading pre-opening and opening activities, setting up systems, teams, and standards to successfully launch and sustain high-performing F&amp;B operations.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Pre-Opening &amp; Opening Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLead all F&amp;B pre-opening activities including concept execution, SOP development, and operational setup.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in outlet design, kitchen layout planning, and equipment selection.<br \/>\n\tDevelop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, including pricing and costing.<br \/>\n\tRecruit, train, and onboard the full F&amp;B team ahead of opening.<br \/>\n\tSet up POS systems, inventory processes, supplier relationships, and reporting structures.<br \/>\n\tPlan and execute soft opening and official launch activities.<br \/>\n\tEnsure readiness across all departments for a smooth and successful opening.<\/p>\n<p>Operations Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee daily F&amp;B operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and events.<br \/>\n\tEnsure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.<br \/>\n\tMaintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience.<\/p>\n<p>Guest Experience &amp; Service Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.<br \/>\n\tHandle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.<br \/>\n\tMonitor service standards and continuously improve guest satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Growth &amp; Profitability<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement strategies to increase F&amp;B revenue.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze sales reports, trends, and performance metrics.<br \/>\n\tDrive upselling, promotions, and menu optimization initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Cost Control &amp; Financial Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage budgets, food and beverage costs, and profit margins.<br \/>\n\tMonitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize wastage.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate billing, cash handling, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Team Leadership &amp; Development<\/p>\n<p>\tRecruit, train, and supervise F&amp;B staff (servers, bartenders, supervisors).<br \/>\n\tSet performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.<br \/>\n\tFoster a positive, high-performance, and service-driven culture.<\/p>\n<p>Menu Planning &amp; Quality Control<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with the Head Chef\/Sous Chef on menu development and pricing.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistency in food and beverage quality and presentation.<br \/>\n\tIntroduce new concepts, specials, and seasonal offerings.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Compliance &amp; Standards<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.<br \/>\n\tMaintain licensing requirements and operational policies.<br \/>\n\tUphold brand standards and SOPs across all outlets.<\/p>\n<p>Systems &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tUtilize POS and inventory systems to track sales, stock, and performance.<br \/>\n\tGenerate regular reports on revenue, costs, and operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\tUse data insights to improve decision-making and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.<br \/>\n\t5\u20138 years of experience in food &amp; beverage operations, with at least 2\u20133 years in a managerial role.<br \/>\n\tProven experience in pre-opening and opening of restaurants, hotels, or F&amp;B outlets is required.<br \/>\n\tExperience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume establishments is preferred.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of restaurant and bar operations<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills &amp;
