The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales while working closely with internal teams to support the planning, marketing, and execution of residential developments.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the real estate market and property development processes.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tSales &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIdentify and generate leads for property sales and rentals<br \/>\n\t\tMarket and sell apartments and other real estate units to prospective clients<br \/>\n\t\tConduct property viewings and follow up on leads to close deals<br \/>\n\t\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners<br \/>\n\t\tMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets<\/p>\n<p>\tProperty Development Support<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWork closely with management on apartment development projects<br \/>\n\t\tAssist in market research to identify viable locations and pricing strategies<br \/>\n\t\tSupport in project planning, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution<br \/>\n\t\tProvide feedback from clients to inform design and development decisions<\/p>\n<p>\tClient Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOffer professional advice to clients on property investment opportunities<br \/>\n\t\tMaintain an updated database of clients and prospects<br \/>\n\t\tEnsure excellent customer service throughout the sales process<\/p>\n<p>\tMarketing &amp; Promotion<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPromote properties through digital platforms, social media, and property listings<br \/>\n\t\tParticipate in property exhibitions, site visits, and open days<br \/>\n\t\tCollaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns<\/p>\n<p>\tReporting<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPrepare and submit regular sales and pipeline reports<br \/>\n\t\tTrack market trends and competitor activities<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in real estate sales or property development<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven track record in closing property sales<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understanding of real estate market trends and property development processes<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong sales and negotiation skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good understanding of property valuation and pricing strategies<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work independently and meet targets<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Additional Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must be presentable, confident, and professional<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for property viewings<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in apartment or residential property development is a strong advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compensation &amp;
