Main tasks and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDrive end-to-end execution of Fleets & Vehicles programs across multiple markets, including financing, branding, electrification, KAM, fleet support, and fleet deals
\n\tOwn regional KPIs such as financed vehicle GMV share, branding penetration, electrification mix, KAM coverage, and program profitability
\n\tTranslate global strategies into actionable execution plans aligned with local supply dynamics
\n\tMonitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery against targets
\n\tPrioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs effectively
\n\tAct as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory challenges, supply-side constraints, and operational insights
\n\tContribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping evolve scalable frameworks and playbooks
\n\tCollaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
\n\tBuild capabilities within local teams by sharing best practices, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting business case developme<\/p>\n
About you:<\/p>\n
\tYou have 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope
\n\tYou have a proven track record of delivering and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results
\n\tYou bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and ROI
\n\tYou are an excellent stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior leadership across multiple functions
\n\tYou demonstrate high ownership and thrive in fast-paced, complex environments
\n\tYou combine strategic thinking with a strong execution focus<\/p>\n
