Guest Service Agent<\/p>\n
\tBe the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
\n\tProvide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests
\n\tShow efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
\n\tTake initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional
\n\tLogging all guest requests to ensure they are met within established timeframes
\n\tPositively handling guest complaints and escalating as required
\n\tSecurely storing and delivering guest luggage
\n\tParticipating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience
\n\tAssist with valet parking as required<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
\n\tAn energetic, team-focused, and can-do attitude individual
\n\tAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
\n\tEnthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
\n\tAbility to provide prompt and efficient service, including the ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
\n\tSelf-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
\n\tKnowledge of Opera PSM is a bonus
\n\tWillingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday\u00a0periods<\/p>\n
