The incumbent will plan & execute key brand strategies focusing on healthcare professionals like Doctors, Nurses, & Pharmacists, ensure increase in visibility of our brands and work closely with the sales team to help drive business growth.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the execution of marketing plans for existing products and new product launches.
\n\tExecute and deliver effective marketing campaigns\/activities within the approved budget while meeting the agreed timelines.
\n\tThe incumbent will plan & execute key brand strategies focusing on healthcare professional like Doctors, Nurses, & Pharmacists
\n\tEstablish, maintain and grow the product-related expert network (KCOA)
\n\tDesign and customize training (regional context) promotional content, product training programs
\n\tProvide academic support and guidance for product sales activities.
\n\tWork closely with sales team to ensure implementation of marketing & brand plans.
\n\tWork aggressively to develop and procure visibility inputs as and when required.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in pharmacy\/ Biological Sciences.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Marketing\/Sales preferably from a pharmaceutical industry handling OTX\/OTC brands
\n\tAbility to forge strong working relationships & gain credibility quickly with all levels.
\n\tWell organized individual with the ability to prioritize, deliver to tight deadlines and with the ability to function effectively under pressure.
\n\tStrong communicator with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
