Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time on-site role based in Mombasa for a Commission Insurance Sales Associate.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling insurance products, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
\n\tOther tasks include meeting sales targets, educating customers on insurance policies, and supporting clients in the claims process. The role includes engagement with individual and corporate clients, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales
\n\tKnowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
\n\tStrong Customer Service skills with an understanding of client needs
\n\tAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationships
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\n\tSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
\n\tPrevious experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage
\n\tProficiency in both Swahili and English is highly beneficial<\/p>\n
