Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAct as a strategic partner to the Group CEO in shaping and executing the company\u2019s strategic priorities.
\n\tMonitor and evaluate operational performance across the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
\n\tLead initiatives aimed at improving business processes, operational workflows, and cost efficiency.
\n\tProvide analytical insights and financial analysis to support business planning and operational decisions.
\n\tLead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Group CEO.
\n\tWork closely with senior management to ensure alignment of strategy and operations.<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
\n\tProfessional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.
\n\tMBA will be an added advantage.
\n\tLegal knowledge\/ experience with commercial contracts will be an added advantage.
\n\t5 \u2013 7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 Advisory (Strategy, Deals Advisory, Performance Improvement, or Consulting), or
\n\tDemonstrated experience advising organizations on Strategy formulation and execution<\/p>\n
