About the role:<\/p>\n
\tSunCulture has experienced progressive growth and is now poised for significant scale. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch in line with company policies and standards. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening inventory governance and controls, and optimizing warehouse capacity, cost, and service levels to support business growth and customer satisfaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOwn warehouse KPIs and governance inventory accuracy, order cycle time, dispatch SLA, stock loss, productivity, and space utilization.
\n\tLead continuous improvement and process optimization, SOP design, controls, layout optimization, 5S maturity, and productivity programs.
\n\tSupport cost control (warehouse costs, courier costs, loss prevention, waste disposal costs).
\n\tEnsure accurate inventory records within systems and enforce controls: daily movement reconciliations, weekly\/monthly cycle counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions.
\n\tOversee order processing and fulfillment flow with internal stakeholders to ensure timely picking\/packing and dispatch readiness.
\n\tOversee end-to-end distribution performance and resolve delivery exceptions such as delays, partials, losses\/damages to protect SLAs and prevent financial loss.
\n\tMonitor and oversee QA\/QC processes.
\n\tTeam Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team; Manage performance and productivity.
\n\tEnsure strict adherence to SOPs, occupational health and safety standards, and audit\/\u00a0\u00a0legal regulations\u00a0requirements.
\n\tPrepare and maintain relevant warehouse records, and prepare and submit reports as required to maintain the warehouse inventory.\u00a0
\n\tPerform other duties as assigned by the line manager.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\t5-7 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication (verbal & oral) and interpersonal skills
\n\tExperience in Warehouse Management Systems
\n\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent data analytical skills.<\/p>\n
