We are now looking for a Sourcing Business Partner. Your role will make Ericsson and our Customers successful by actively contributing to securing short and long-term profitable business!
\nThrough your early engagement in Partner organizations, you will drive higher value contribution from third party deliveries to business. In order to drive value, relevant category strategies and preferred supplier lists shall be endorsed through active participation in strategic Sales and product\/project forums, including business and product decision meetings.
\nThe Sourcing Business Partner shall promote new business ideas that are based on optimized value extraction through collaboration from third parties and Ericsson supplier base, other business bench-marking and Sourcing strategies.
\nYou will also be accountable for the Sourcing contribution to business opportunities or concept to delivering on Stakeholder expectations in ensuring the projects are delivered to delight our customers.<\/p>\n

\n\tBe an advisor and dedicated to partner engagement
\n\tInspire business ideas, strategies & PSL (Preferred Supplier List)
\n\tHold sourcing responsible for profitability
\n\tOptimize Sourcing performance targets
\n\tBack & support M&A sourcing projects
\n\tEngaging & contributing to Sales process for winning profitable business
\n\tBe accountable for Sourcing value augmentation towards business opportunities<\/p>\n
The skills you bring<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years of relevant experience in managing sourcing solutions
\n\tA first academic degree or equivalent qualification in related fields
\n\tExperience in direct and indirect sourcing
\n\tSourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
\n\tBusiness Modelling Skills
\n\tBusiness Understanding and Demand Management\u00a0
\n\tChange & Improvement Management Skills
\n\tCommercial Acumen & Skills
\n\tLocal laws and Regulation knowledge
\n\tDeciding & Initiating Action<\/p>\n
