What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
As a key member of our team, you will:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their drilling plans and operational needs
\n\tPromote and deliver tailored ReedHycalog solutions to maximize performance and value
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities, support tender processes, and expand market share
\n\tTrack market intelligence, competitor activity, and product performance
\n\tCollaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful tool runs and customer satisfaction
\n\tManage the full sales cycle\u2014from order processing to invoicing and payment follow-ups
\n\tDrive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
\tA university degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
\n\tProven sales experience, ideally within oil & gas or drilling environments
\n\tStrong understanding of drilling, geology, or hydraulics (advantageous)
\n\tExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n\tSelf-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
\n\tStrong problem-solving and time management abilities<\/p>\n
