The Solutions Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that meet business requirements. The role includes working closely with software engineers to translate functional requirements into system designs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and well-architected. The position requires both strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of software design principles.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
\n\tEvaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to align with evolving business needs.
\n\tTranslate complex business processes into system workflows, use cases, and specifications.
\n\tWork closely with software engineers to define system architecture, data flows, and integration logic.
\n\tSupport the development team during the software design phase by clarifying requirements and identifying technical constraints.
\n\tAssist in debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex system issues.
\n\tCollaborate with QA and product teams to ensure testing aligns with functional goals.
\n\tCreate and maintain process maps, data models, and interface documentation.
\n\tParticipate in design and code review discussions to ensure business and technical alignment.
\n\tProvide system-level support and troubleshooting for production systems when escalated.
\n\tRecommend improvements in system functionality, performance, and user experience.
\n\tProvide mentorship to junior analysts and support continuous improvement of analysis methodologies.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in a systems analysis, business systems, or technical analyst role.
\n\tUnderstanding of system architecture, relational databases, and integration principles.
\n\tExperience working with APIs, SQL queries, and basic scripting or configuration languages.
\n\tFamiliarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) and change management practices.<\/p>\n
