RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned client requisitions.
\n\tSource, screen, interview, and present qualified candidate profiles to clients.
\n\tEnsure timely follow-up with clients and candidates to achieve requisition closure.
\n\tMaintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
\n\tBuild and manage strong client relationships and a reliable CRM database.
\n\tUnderstand client needs and provide professional recruitment advisory services.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
\n\tMandatory: Proven experience working in a recruitment firm.
\n\tStrong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
\n\tExcellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.<\/p>\n
