\tMaintain and reconcile the car sales deposit account on a monthly basis, resulting in a fully reconciled account that supports accurate reporting and compliance.

Must Have Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
\n\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a finance\/Accounting role handling payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
\n\tHands-on bank\/deposit account reconciliations with variance investigation and clearance.
\n\tStrong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconc templates, data cleaning).
\n\tWorking knowledge of invoicing and ETR issuance; ability to post sales invoices accurately.
\n\tFamiliarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks required for day-to-day posting).
\n\tMeticulous documentation habits; comfortable maintaining audit-ready digital files (e.g., MEGA\/Drive).
