We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for delivering volume, revenue, market share, and distribution targets while ensuring strong trade execution and team performance.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tLead, coach, and supervise Sales Representatives
\n\tDeliver territory sales targets (Volume, Revenue, Collections)
\n\tDrive numeric and weighted distribution
\n\tMonitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations
\n\tImplement trade marketing initiatives in assigned region
\n\tEnsure route discipline and daily sales reporting
\n\tManage debtor days and credit control within territory
\n\tConduct regular market audits and competitor analysis
\n\tDrive team capability development and performance reviews<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree \/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
\n\tMinimum 4-5 years’ FMCG sales experience At least 2 years in a supervisory role
\n\tStrong understanding of General Trade route-to-market
\n\tValid driving license (motorbike\/car depending on territory)
\n\tStrong leadership and coaching skills
\n\tHigh accountability and target orientation
