Job Description<\/p>\n
\tPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, blasting, or applying primers.
\n\tApply paint, varnish, coatings, and protective finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
\n\tMix paints and coatings according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
\n\tInspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure quality and uniformity.
\n\tRead and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and coating specifications.
\n\tMaintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
\n\tFollow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
\n\tEnsure proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and chemicals.
\n\tWork closely with welders, fabricators, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
\n\tMaintain a clean and organized work area.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tCertificate or training in Industrial Painting, Spray Painting, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum [2\u20134] years of experience in industrial or spray painting.
\n\tExperience working in manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments is an added advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of surface preparation techniques (sanding, blasting, priming, etc.).
\n\tUnderstanding of safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals.
\n\tGood attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
\n\tPhysically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.<\/p>\n
