Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
\n\tPerform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
\n\tAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
\n\tPrepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
\n\tSupport tax preparation for individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
\n\tReconcile bank and credit card accounts.
\n\tAssist with audits and compliance requirements.
\n\tCommunicate with clients to gather financial information and provide updates.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
\n\t2+ years of accounting experience.
\n\tStrong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
\n\tExperience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and client-service skills.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.<\/p>\n
