Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and monitor organizational budgets to ensure accurate implementation
\n\tEnsure compliance with financial accounting regulations and standards
\n\tSupport improvement of accounting systems and practices
\n\tOversee the integration and use of accounting software to streamline financial data collection
\n\tMaintain secure and reliable backups of all financial records
\n\tSupport staff in understanding and effectively using accounting systems
\n\tEstablish and uphold accounting protocols across the organization<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tAt least a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\tKnowledge and practical experience with\u00a0QuickBooks accounting system\u00a0is required
\n\tAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
\n\tStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
\n\tDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\tSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
\n\tHigh level of integrity, flexibility, and professionalism
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaborate across teams
\n\tStrong problem-solving and time management skills
\n\tPassion for youth development and willingness to volunteer
\n\tAged between 18\u201330 years
\n\tMinimum commitment of six (6) months<\/p>\n
