Your missions will be:<\/p>\n
Production Management<\/p>\n
\tImplement daily production forecasts based on production targets & sales forecasts
\n\tOrganize\u00a0production orders & planning to ensure availability
\n\tMonitor\u00a0production, finished goods, and raw materials\u00a0on a regular basis
\n\tMonitor\u00a0consumption of ingredients,\u00a0investigate\u00a0the causes of any discrepancies and implement\u00a0corrective actions accordingly
\n\tLead and implement continuous improvement\u00a0initiatives\u00a0to eliminate waste and boost productivity and efficiency (lean manufacturing)<\/p>\n
Quality, health and safety<\/p>\n
\tImplement and ensure safety culture within the production team, in collaboration with the QHSE manager
\n\tGuarantee\u00a0the availability of control\u00a0results, measurements and tests
\n\tParticipate in the choice of\u00a0suppliers
\n\tEnsure\u00a0that product recipes are in accordance with the formulas
\n\tEnsure\u00a0that non-conformities and customer complaints are dealt with<\/p>\n
Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance tasks
\n\tAnalyze equipment failures and develop permanent solutions
\n\tPrepare and follow maintenance budget
\n\tManage spare part flow and warehouse<\/p>\n
Management<\/p>\n
\tManage and supervise Production Supervisor, Operators and\u00a0Cleaner (schedule, briefing meeting, productivity…)<\/p>\n
Investment and Budget<\/p>\n
\tPropose\u00a0technical investment projects for the improvement of production processes
\n\tPropose and monitor the operating budget
\n\tImplement diverse projects, in liaison with the Industrial Department<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPrepare regular reports on monthly closings, production plan, inventory levels, and any\u00a0requests\u00a0by management<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tYou have at least 5 years of experience in management and production \/ industry, with a\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in food processing \/ agro-industrial technology or a similar field. Knowledge on bakery products is a plus.<\/p>\n
