\tLead the planning and coordination of software rollout activities across facilities, warehouses, and partner sites.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0implementation\u00a0workplans, ensuring timelines are realistic, risks are\u00a0identified\u00a0early, and all parties are aligned.\u00a0
\n\tConduct and oversee readiness assessments (staff capacity, infrastructure, master data, and system prerequisites) before each implementation phase.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all pre-implementation requirements are fully met before authorizing progression to the next stage.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate cross-functional teams (technical, medical, supply chain, M\/E) and external partners throughout the\u00a0implementation\u00a0lifecycle.\u00a0
\n\tTrack progress against milestones, proactively manage risks and delays, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
System Setup, Quality Assurance\u00a0and\u00a0Go-Live\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end verification of system configurations against agreed technical specifications and operational requirements.\u00a0
\n\tReview and approve facility setups, user access controls, permission structures, item master lists, and location hierarchies.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure the completeness and accuracy of\u00a0initial\u00a0data loads before go-live.\u00a0
\n\tLead go-live execution, verifying that core daily workflows \u2014 including receiving, dispensing, requisitions, transfers, and reporting \u2014 are functioning correctly.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify, document, and drive resolution of issues in coordination with technical, partner, and support teams.\u00a0
\n\tProvide final go-live sign-off based on established readiness criteria.\u00a0
\n\tReview and\u00a0validate\u00a0the implementation work of junior officers and field staff before\u00a0sign-off.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tMentor and support junior implementation staff through structured coaching and on-the-job guidance.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor early system usage patterns post-go-live to detect adoption risks and proactively address them.\u00a0
\n\tLead or support follow-up visits and remote check-ins to ensure the system is functioning as intended after handover.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0

Job Requirements<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in health informatics, information systems, computer science, public health, business administration,\u00a0economics\u00a0or a closely related field.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of\u00a05\u00a0years of experience with digital health systems, information systems, or supply chain management software, preferably in healthcare or NGO settings.\u00a0
\n\tExperience leading or supporting full-cycle system implementations, including go-live activities, is preferable.\u00a0
\n\tExperience conducting readiness assessments,\u00a0identifying\u00a0implementation risks, and supporting issue resolution in multi-stakeholder settings is preferable.\u00a0
\n\tExperience supervising, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior staff or field teams is preferable.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to interpret and apply technical specifications, implementation procedures, and quality standards.<\/p>\n
