Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMeasure and assemble ingredients for menu items
\n\tCollaborate with Executive Chef and other cooks to prepare meals during dining hours
\n\tMaintain and accurate food inventories
\n\tProperly store food items at appropriate temperatures
\n\tRotate stock items as per established procedures
\n\tRestock kitchen for subsequent shifts
\n\tEnsure that food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized by the end of your shift<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma\/GED required
\n\t2+ years\u2019 experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
\n\tAble to read and follow standardized recipes
\n\tStrong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
\n\tAble to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
\n\tServeSafe Certification preferred<\/p>\n
