The Test Administrator plays a critical role in delivering a secure, professional, and welcoming exam environment for all test\u2011taking candidates. This position is responsible for ensuring exam integrity while providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tWelcome, greet, and check in customers and test\u2011taking candidates in a professional and friendly manner
\n\tVerify candidate identity through approved personal identification documents
\n\tClearly explain exam testing processes, rules, and procedures to candidates
\n\tProctor \/ invigilate candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with all testing security requirements
\n\tMaintain strict adherence to exam security procedures, company policies, and professional standards
\n\tMonitor candidates closely for restricted or suspicious behavior, paying attention to detail from a distance
\n\tTroubleshoot and escalate technical issues by working with internal departments (e.g., IT support) when required
\n\tEscort candidates to and from the testing room as needed
\n\tPerform basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards and workstations<\/p>\n

\n\tInvolves close monitoring and occasional walking\/escorting of candidates<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures precisely
\n\tSchool\u2011level qualifications in English and Mathematics
\n\tFlexibility to work different days and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
\n\tComfortable working independently and as part of a team Desirable:
\n\tPrevious customer service experience (preferably 3-5 years)
\n\tWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\tExperience in a regulated, secure, or compliance\u2011driven environment<\/p>\n
