{"id":93588,"date":"2026-04-01T08:00:28","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T08:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/product-specialist-east-africa\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T08:01:03","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T08:01:03","slug":"product-specialist-east-africa","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/product-specialist-east-africa\/","title":{"rendered":"Product Specialist East Africa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tAccountable for implementation and routine use of designated products throughout designated region<br \/>\n\tResponsible for follow-up after in routine use with the customer and maintaining a high customer satisfaction<br \/>\n\tResponsible for application support from pre- sales to routine use of assigned technologies at customer site in close collaboration with sales to ensure seamless integration within the sales priorities<br \/>\n\tProvide implementation support for evaluations, validations, clinical &amp; marketing studies with the aim of demonstrating competitive advantages or market acceptance of the product<br \/>\n\tExecute effective transfer of knowledge to external customers during trainings at the customer site and at centrally organized trainings, presentations at workshops\/Succession meetings<br \/>\n\tProvide on-call and on-site operational troubleshooting\u00a0 related to assigned technologies<br \/>\n\tMaintain high level of product knowledge in the technology to successfully demonstrate systems to external customers<br \/>\n\tInput in development &amp; implementing of new customer training and\u00a0 implementation tools &amp; processes (e.g. e-tools for customer trainings)<br \/>\n\tDuring customer facing exercises, provide value based product information focusing on our differentiators and maximizing the utilization rate<br \/>\n\tBuild strong working relationship with internal\/external customers and distributors in order to achieve the goals related to the essential duties and responsibilities<br \/>\n\tPerform ongoing market assessment and customer specific technical needs, problems, and opportunities to increase sales<br \/>\n\tEnsure frequent communication and input to sales consultants and account managers to assure follow-up of identified sales leads<br \/>\n\tIdentify the need for, and provides input to, improvements in protocols developed to support the use of Terumo BCT devices and applications<br \/>\n\tProvides input\/feedback to marketing and product management to recommend changes in product design, manufacturing, quality and any other aspect of the product or service<br \/>\n\tResponsible for conducting in-service training<br \/>\n\tSales process (design the solution): Assit the sales team in creating solutions arround the product, model the value proposition, validate with external stake holders.
