Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Front Office & Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tGreet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
\n\tManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses
\n\tCoordinate meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings
\n\tMaintain organized records, filing systems, and office documentation
\n\tSupport general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of office activities<\/p>\n
Office Operations & Supplies Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure consistent availability of office supplies across all BasiGo locations
\n\tRaise and track\u00a0LPOs and purchase orders\u00a0for all administrative-related procurement
\n\tMonitor Admin stock supplies levels and coordinate timely replenishment<\/p>\n
Facilities & Office Management<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with contracted office assistants to ensure smooth facility operations across all depots
\n\tSupervise and manage contracted office assistants, addressing queries related to BasiGo facilities
\n\tSupport\u00a0quarterly fumigation and deep cleaning\u00a0across all offices, including HQ
\n\tSupport maintenance and repair of office furniture and respond to facility-related requests
\n\tLiaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and service delivery<\/p>\n
Logistics & Office Coordination<\/p>\n
\tManage courier services, mail handling, and deliveries across offices
\n\tSupport office setup for meetings, including refreshments and logistics coordination
\n\tEnsure adherence to office safety, cleanliness, and operational standards<\/p>\n
Additional Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport cross-functional administrative needs as required
\n\tPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n
