This role goes beyond traditional administration it sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong administrative foundation and a background in biomedical or related technical fields to effectively bridge communication between clients, technical teams, and internal operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\tSupporting day-to-day technical sales operations
\n\tManaging client communication and inquiries with professionalism
\n\tPreparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
\n\tCoordinating meetings, follow-ups, and internal workflows
\n\tMaintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
\n\tSupporting onboarding and training of clients on technical solutions<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a customer-facing role (technical environment preferred)
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
\n\tStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail
\n\tMust be a female<\/p>\n
