What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/p>\n
\tOverseeing installations, maintenance, and servicing of equipment
\n\tManaging technical teams and driving accountability
\n\tPlanning and executing projects (timelines, budgets, resources)
\n\tEnsuring quality, compliance, and safety standards
\n\tHandling escalations and complex technical issues
\n\tDriving customer satisfaction and service excellence
\n\tManaging field operations, tools, and spare parts
\n\tTracking performance, reporting, and improving systems<\/p>\n
Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering
\n\t5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in technical operations
\n\t2\u20133 years in a leadership role
\n\tExperience in commercial kitchen, laundry, or refrigeration systems
\n\tStrong project management and troubleshooting skills
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
