\tSustained growth in new patient volumes month on month
\n\tMeasurable increase in insurance and corporate revenue

\n\tA functioning, data-driven pipeline that leadership can track in real time<\/p>\n
What we are looking for<\/p>\n
\t7 to 12 years in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
\n\tHealthcare, medical devices, or related sector experience strongly preferred
\n\tProven track record building or scaling revenue pipelines, not just executing within them
\n\tStrong CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
\n\tAble to operate at strategic and execution level simultaneously
\n\tHigh ownership, accountability, and comfort with performance-linked KPIs<\/p>\n
