Position Summary<\/p>\n
\tFinnlemm NWDT Sacco Society Limited is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Mark on managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing members, with the goal of driving growth in member recruitment, retention, a The Sales Agent will act as the primary point of contact between the Sacco and its members, ensuring member satisfaction and contributing the Sacco.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify new sales prospects and follow up on leads and referrals;
\n\tConduct sales activation drives in the assigned region\/area;
\n\tRecruit new members while ensuring compliance with due diligence and KYC policies;
\n\tEnsure recruited member accounts are fully funded and active;
\n\tAchieve sales targets within set periods;
\n\tSupport and participate in sales and marketing events and outreach activities;
\n\tDisseminate information about savings, loans, and services and cross-sell Sacco products;
\n\tEstablish and maintain strong member relationships and drive demand for products;
\n\tPrepare and submit periodic sales reports and assist in implementing growth strategies;
\n\tPrepare and deliver presentations to prospective Sacco members.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tCertificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Co-operative Management or Business Administration;
\n\tExperience in sales and marketing within a financial or insurance institution is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
